Self-initiated visual identity concept for London-based architectural practice, Green and Teggin Architects.
The brief was to refine the word mark and include their tagline Personalise Your Space boldly in to their branding.
The word mark has been reduced to its most important necessary components, their surnames. The ampersand on their previous word mark has been dropped in order to further refine and simplify. Bringing both surnames together is to symbolise and convey that they’re not just some other two-person architecture practice, that they are simpatico in life and work. This subtlety reinforces that their relationship, their partnership feeds in to the collaborative process with their clients.
The supporting graphics and colour palette evoke natural elements & seasons providing a consistent memorable identity across any visual platform. Using Personalise Your Space in a playful bold manner re-affirms their tagline and does so in a way to differentiate and standout. By removing the space around Personalise Your Space, halving it and separating the words, it then becomes a frame for the space itself.
